Do you have WiFi?

WiFi is available through fiber optic cable at no additional cost. You can stream or game to your heart’s content. If you prefer to use your Starlink or a Verizon cube, you will also be able to stream or game.

Is parking available for anything that we tow?

There is ample room to park a car on your pad. There are also two parking spaces adjacent to the entrance. As for boats, you may park it at the Paradise Landing boat launch. Please ensure you specify in your registration if you will be bringing a boat.
Is there direct water access from the RV park?

Yes, we have concrete stairs leading directly into the water for easy access for kayaks, paddleboards, fishing, or just to swim.
Are kayaks available on-site?

Yes, we have pleasure kayaks and fishing kayaks available for use. Life jackets in a variety of sizes are available and their use is mandatory while using an FHRP kayak.
How do I get a fishing license?

How do I get a hunting license?
The easiest way to get a Tennessee hunting license is online.
How do I get a boating license?
Tennessee law requires anyone born after 1/1/1989 to have a boating license if operating a motorized vessel over 8.5 hp. Go to boating license for more information.
Can I bring my dog?

Definintely!! We have a fenced dog run onsite and there are miles of quiet roads to take them for walks. Please see the dog policy on the Policies page.

Is trash pick-up available?

There is no pick-up available, but there are two community dumpsters where you can take your bagged, household trash. You'll pass the dumpsters on your right when you drive in. More info regarding trash is available on the Policies page.

Is there cell service there?

There is cell service.  It seems that Verizon and AT&T work the best. There is pretty decent reception at the park, but in other parts of the community, the reception isn't very good.
